The RSPCA is appealing for information after a number of teenagers were witnessed attacking a Jack Russell-type dog called Millie.

 

The incident happened at the top of New Road in Earby, Pendle, Lancashire at around 7.40pm on Saturday 16 November.

 

RSPCA inspector Adam Dickenson said: “There was a disturbance involving a large number of young people on the street outside Millie’s house.
