The RSPCA is appealing for information after a dog was found with such a severe skin condition she had open wounds in Sheffield.
The Staffordshire bull terrier type dog was spotted on Mason Avenue in the Swallownest area on Tuesday (28 January) and taken to a local vet practice.

Three completely bald puppies with a skin condition have been dumped at a vet practice in Halifax, West Yorkshire – a week apart.
Two Staffy-types were brought into West Mount Vets, on Pellon Lane, at 5.30pm on Thursday 7 February.
A man wearing a hoody and tracksuit carried a box into the reception area, put it down and left before staff realised what was happening.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after a thin cat with severe fur loss was found in Rossington, Doncaster.
The young adult female cat was found on Saturday 2 February near a park and some woods off Atterby Drive.
The finder kindly took her home and called the RSPCA for help.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after a very poorly Saluki-type dog limped onto a petrol station forecourt in Huddersfield.
The female brindle-coloured dog had a broken front right leg and black football socks had been tied so tightly around her other three legs to cover sores from a severe skin condition that they had cut into them. She was also emaciated.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after an elderly blind and deaf dog was found in Grainthorpe, Lincolnshire on Easter Monday (2 April) in a very poor condition.
The small female white terrier was handed in to the dog warden, and the RSPCA was called the next day (3 April).
