The RSPCA is investigating and urgently appealing for witnesses after a puppy was dumped in a kennel with the decomposing bodies of her two siblings, in a case which has been described by an RSPCA inspector as one of the “most distressing” she has seen.

The RSPCA has launched an appeal for information after an underweight, dead, maggot-infested French bulldog puppy was found wrapped in a towel by a Merthyr riverbank.

A one-week-old lurcher-type puppy whose eyes were still closed has been found in a cardboard box in a Wrexham alley-way.

An RSPCA Cymru appeal for information has been launched after a blind puppy was allegedly kicked in Wrexham.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after three Cockapoo puppies were found in Wetherby in a ‘terrible state’.
