RSPCA Cymru and North Wales Police have launched a joint appeal for information, after another suspected gull attack in North Wales – this time with a bow and arrow.

Charity officers, and North Wales Police’s Rural Crime Team, were alerted after a gull was photographed alive in East Parade Rhyl, but with a crossbow arrow sticking through their skin.

A member of the public found the four-month old female kitten in the North Wales town, with a badly damaged leg that required urgent amputation to protect her.
