There’s no doubt that anyone who meets Roxy is going to fall head over heels in love with her.
Roxy, the brindle crossbreed dog who is around four-years-old, is currently awaiting her forever home at the RSPCA Newport Animal Centre.
Unfortunately, she is not enjoying her time in kennels and staff at the centre are keen to find her the perfect home as soon as possible.

An RSPCA animal centre is urging the public to donate blankets and hot water bottles to help the animals in its care this winter.
RSPCA Newport Animal Centre rehomed 380 animals in 2016, and helps dogs, cats, rabbits and other small furry animals find a second chance of happiness in a new forever home.

An American Bulldog who came into the RSPCA’s care in a “horrendous, emaciated” condition is still searching for a second chance of happiness in a new forever home.
Kia – who is a largely white dog – was one of two malnourished American bulldogs spotted by members of the public at a South Wales property earlier this year. Her body was skeletal-like, with bones across her body protruding against her skin.

An injured cat was dumped on the doorstep of the RSPCA’s Newport Animal Centre on Saturday evening.
The tortoiseshell-and-white female cat was found by Centre staff during the early evening of Saturday (4 November), prompting an appeal for information about the circumstances behind the abandonment.
Staff found the cat with an injured neck, which was red and sore. The cat also has a severe flea infestation, but was not microchipped – meaning its owner cannot be easily traced.

RSPCA Newport Animal Centre is seeking donations of unwanted garden furniture.
The centre, based on Hartridge Farm Road, is looking for tables and chairs, in good condition, to use across the site.
Newport Animal Centre found loving new homes for 380 rescue animals in 2016, namely 194 cats, 109 dogs, 51 rabbits and 26 other small animals.
The centre is also seeking donations of large plastic storage boxes, with or without lids, to help store equipment and other items.
