The RSPCA is appealing for information after a dog was dumped with a carrier-bag full of belongings – including dog shampoo, a blanket, food and treats – in Sunderland.

 

The male Jack Russell was found behind the Morrisons supermarket at William Doxford Centre, Doxford Park, on Sunday (27 January).

 

RSPCA inspector Jaqui Miller said: “He was tied to a fence surrounded by his things.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after a dead dog was found dumped in a ditch near Morrison’s supermarket in Totton – a spot known for having major fly-tipping problems.
