The RSPCA is appealing for information after a family of swans was attacked in a popular Middlesbrough park.

 

The male swan was found dead at the edge of the lake in Albert Park, and all the eggs smashed. The female was in distress nearby.

 

The charity was called after the extremely upsetting discovery was made this morning (Wednesday 26 April).

The RSPCA is appealing for information after a dog was brutally killed at an 18th birthday party at his owner’s house in Lemington, Newcastle on Halloween.

 

Much-loved Yorkshire terrier-cross ‘Herbie’ was discovered in the back garden of the property on Waverley Crescent at around 8pm on Friday 31 October.
