A Bradford man has been jailed for four months for leaving his kitten’s horrendous eye infection untreated which caused the eyeball to rupture and burst.
Raja Zulqurnean (DOB 02/09/1982), Southmere Oval, Bradford pleaded guilty to a offence* of causing unnecessary suffering to his kitten who was aged just eight weeks old at the time.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after a cat was found in Urmston, Greater Manchester in a ‘horrendous state’.
His left eye was missing and the socket infected and he was completely blind. He was also emaciated, his fur was heavily matted and had fly eggs in it.
He had to be put to sleep by a vet on humane grounds.
