The emaciated body of a Staffy puppy has been found in a tiny crate on the side of a road near Doncaster Sheffield Airport.  

 

The eight month old dog was surrounded by rotting human food which had clearly been pushed through the bars or thrown into the crate including bread, chips, chicken nuggets and meatballs.

 

He was found by a cyclist on a grass verge on High Common Lane, Austerfield, Doncaster at 12.35pm yesterday (Thursday 26 October).

The RSPCA is appealing for information to find the owner of two Shetland ponies. One pony was found dead and another was underweight and suffering.

 

The RSPCA attended South Drive in Hebburn on Friday 21 November.

 

The surviving pony was seized by police on veterinary advice and placed in RSPCA care.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after the body of a dog was found stuffed in a bag that had washed up on a beach in Blackpool. It’s not known whether she was dead when she was put into the bag, and into the water, or not.
