South Wales West Assembly Member Dr Dai Lloyd has hit the road with an RSPCA inspector, experiencing the frontline work the charity does each and every day to protect animals, and promote their welfare.

Dr Lloyd spent time with RSPCA inspector Leigh Summers on 26 April, responding to animal welfare enquiries in the Neath and Port Talbot areas.
