RSPCA Cymru is looking for the owner of a dog found on a ledge 15 feet above the River Neath in Glynneath yesterday afternoon.
The dog, an unneutered, male tri-coloured papillon cross was trapped on the ledge beneath a bridge on Chain Road, after he apparently managed to get over a wall and fall six feet onto the ledge below.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after a dog was found with severe burns in Charltons, Saltburn. The American bulldog-type had to be put to sleep to end his suffering.
The dog, a dark brindle entire male, was found by a man walking his dog near Birk Brow at around 6pm on Saturday 11 January. He called the RSPCA.

RSPCA Cymru is appealing for information after a cat was found gasping for breath in a Rhondda street.
The brindle tabby was discovered by a member of the public in an alleyway near Hendrefadog street in Tylorstown on Thursday 5 December. She was struggling to breathe as her collar was constricted tightly around her neck. The RSPCA is appealing for information after the bodies of three young cats were found laid out beneath a telegraph pole on a country road in Cumbria. They had suffered massive head injuries, thought to be the result of deliberate, repeated blows.
They were reported to the RSPCA yesterday (Monday 18 November) after being spotted by a member of the public on an unnamed road off the A593 in Hawthwaite, a few miles north of Broughton- in-Furness.
