RSPCA Cymru is appealing for information to track down the owner of a ginger and white cat.
The male cat was found in an empty property on Richards Street in Cardiff.
RSPCA inspector Selina Griffiths was able to gain entry to the property with the help of the landlord, with the cat being taken into RSPCA care.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after a tiny pup was found abandoned in a cage outside a front door of a property in Gregory Road, Southall on the morning of Sunday 25 November.
The puppy, believed to be a bull breed cross and only around 10 weeks old, was found shivering and abandoned in a filthy cage.

A thin otter cub suffering from hypothermia has been taken into RSPCA care.
The otter was found by a member of the public collapsed and very unwell at the side of the busy A470 in Ganllwyd, Gwynedd, and was rushed to a veterinary practice in Dolgellau.
The vets found the otter to be seriously hypothermic and dehydrated, but luckily the vets managed to warm up and rehydrate the little otter, which weighed just 1.3kg, before contacting RSPCA for assistance.
