The RSPCA is appealing for information after a dog was found stabbed to death in a garden shed in Leicester.
Staffordshire bull terrier Snowy was found with the fatal injuries in a shed in the garden of her home in Hand Close on Friday, 29 December.
The incident is believed to have happened between 26 and 29 December.
RSPCA inspector Beth Boyd, who is investigating, said: “This is an absolutely despicable crime that we are taking very seriously. We would be so grateful for any information at all that may help us find who is responsible.”
