Two Manx shearwaters have been rescued from a Ceredigion village after they were blown off course.
The RSPCA has received several calls about the welfare of the seabirds following recent stormy weather.

RSPCA Cymru is appealing for information after an emaciated and seriously unwell dog was found in Risca.
The sandy white dog was found straying in Frenlea, Risca, on Sunday (4 September) in an extremely poor and emaciated condition.
A kind passer by took the dog to a vets and the RSPCA were notified.

RSPCA Bryn-y-Maen Animal Centre is appealing for homes for four cockerels.
Scott, Earnest, Micky and Trevor are all currently at the Upper Colwyn Bay centre and are looking for forever homes.
Scott and Earnest, who are around six to 12 months old, were sadly abandoned in a box in the Colwyn Bay area in July. They were in a poor condition when they were found and naturally very scared.

A buzzard has been rescued after becoming trapped between fencing and a wall in Bethesda.
RSPCA inspector Mike Pugh was called to Old Station Yard, Station Road, on Tuesday (30 August) following a report of a trapped buzzard.
