RSPCA Cymru is appealing for information to track down the owner of an unwell tortoiseshell and white cat found near Wenvoe.

The cat was found at Alps Quarry Road and following a call to the RSPCA, was collected by animal collection officer (ACO) Stephanie Davidson.

The RSPCA is appealing for people who witnessed an alleged dog attack on a cat in Liverpool to come forward with information.

The charity has been made aware of a post on social media over the weekend, which states that a Staffordshire Bull terrier-type dog fatally attacked a ginger cat in Delamore Street, Kirkdale, on Tuesday 2 February while the dog owner watched.

The dog was allegedly off his lead when the incident occurred.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after a three month-old puppy was found dumped with a fractured leg by an alleyway full of rubbish.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after six rabbits were dumped in travel carriers  in a car park.

The rabbits – four males and two females – were found yesterday morning (Thursday 4 February) in the car park of the RSPCA’s Blackberry Farm Animal Centre, in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after an injured pigeon with sharp plastic hooks on his feet was rescued in Staffordshire.

RSPCA inspector Laura Bryant rescued the pigeon on Tuesday (2 February) after he had gotten stuck in a garden in Poolfield Road, Lichfield. He is now being cared for at the RSPCA’s Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre, in Cheshire.
