Telford couple banned after Dalmatians found emaciated

Two dogs were extremely underweight


A couple from Telford have been disqualified from keeping animals for 10 years after they admitted causing unnecessary suffering to their two Dalmatian dogs.

RSPCA Cymru is calling on its supporters to urge Assembly Members to vote in favour of new dog breeding regulations.

Sadly, Wales has been called the puppy-farming capital of the UK and puppies are paying the price.
