We’re appealing for information after a cat lost his eye because he was shot with an air gun.

Alfie, a ten-year-old black moggy, returned to his home in Mead Crescent in Chingford, London with blood around his eye.

It was originally thought Alfie must have been in a fight, and he was taken to the vets to be looked at. The eye was so badly damaged it was decided that the only option was to remove it.

RSPCA appeals for information about puppy found in Merthyr Tydfil

 

The RSPCA is appealing for information after a seriously injured tiny Patterdale terrier type dog was found dumped in woodland in Cyfarthfa Park on Tuesday (24 June).

 

The black and white puppy, thought to be just 10-weeks-old, was found by a dog walker.  He was unconscious and had been wrapped in a tea towel.

The RSPCA is appealing for information after an emaciated white German Shepherd was found tied to railings in a London street.

The female dog, now named Lemon, is thought to be around three years old. She was abandoned outside a vets in Church Lane in Brent on the morning of Friday 13 June.
